Shipping and Returns
We strive to provide the best customer service on the internet. Unfortunately, people will sometimes take advantage of our efforts when providing this service. Therefore, we have created a Return Policy for our site.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY. If you do not understand the Policy please contact us. If you do not agree with, or plan to abide by, the Policy then do not place an order with us.
Returns - Wrong Size / Changed Mind / Don't Like
- You have 30 days of receipt to return an item. The item must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION with tags. It must not have been washed. It must be free of all odor including tobacco smoke and food odors. Must be free from deodorants, make-up, etc. Refunds for a return will NOT include shipping and handling charges. If you received "Free Shipping" on the order from which the items you are returning was shipped, AND you are sending back over 80% ($ value) of the order for a refund, a charge will be deducted from your return equivalent to the cost we paid to ship it to you. All freight on returned items must be prepaid.
Exchanges - Wrong Size / Changed Mind / Don't Like
- You have 30 days of receipt to exchange an item. The item must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION with tags. It must not have been washed. It must be free of all odor including tobacco smoke and food odors. Must be free from deodorants, make-up, etc. You will be charged shipping and handling and any price difference between exchanged items when an exchanged item is shipped back to you. Freight on all items shipped back to us must be prepaid.
- Any items shipped to you which do not match what you ordered should be returned for a full refund. The refund will not be given until we receive the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Upon notification of our incorrect shipment an order for the correct item will be entered and shipped per our Shipping Policy.
- Defective items are gladly accepted back. PLEASE NOTE: Shrinkage is NOT considered a defect unless it is greater than 4% for 100% cotton garments or greater than 2% for Poly/Cotton (50/50, 65/35, etc.) garments. Defective merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Defective items being sent back for exchange will ONLY be replaced with like items (i.e same size, style, color, etc.) Refunds for the shipping and handling charges of defective merchandise will be honored IF the manufacturer confirms the defect. All freight on returned defective items must be prepaid.
- All personalized items (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) may not be returned.
How to Return an Item
Step 1 - Call 866-6-SCRUBS to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
Step 2 - Write RMA Number on the outside of the package or put it on a piece of paper inside the package.
Step 3 - Package product securely and ship your return via insured, prepaid U.S. Mail or any parcel ground shipper (i.e. UPS, FedEx Ground, etc) to the below address. Please DO NOT ship your package "express" (i.e. overnight, 2-Day, etc.)

To guarantee the most pleasurable shopping experience please read the following Ordering and Shipping Policy:
- We reserve the right to refuse any sale starting from the time the was placed and up to, but not limited to, 15 days from the order date. Sales can and will be refused if the billing information used for a credit card purchase is incorrect, not authorized or fraudulent. Orders that originate outside the designated shipping areas may be refused. Orders where coupon / gift / promo codes were improperly, incorrectly or fraudulently used will be refused. Orders that have errors caused by technical problems with the site software or have item prices that are incorrectly coded may be refused. Please contact us for more details.
- All refunds of orders will be refunded back to the original credit card used for the order.
- Any cancellation(s) must be made within 24 hours of order date and time. Your entire order amount will be refunded IF the item has not shipped within that 24 hour period. If the item has already shipped you will only receive a refund for the merchandise when it is returned. Shipping and handling will not be refunded in this situation.
- When an Order is placed we will attempt to pull this merchandise from our existing on-hand stock. If an item is out-of-stock we hold your order until the missing item arrives at our warehouse. When it arrives your order will be shipped by your specified shipping method. If you prefer to receive partial shipments please specify this when paying for your order (a check box will be provided for partial shipments). PLEASE NOTE: Published shipping charges will be charged for each Partial Shipment. If your initial order qualified for "Free Shipping" and you specify that a partial shipment is allowed, the free shipping will only apply to one (1) shipment. The partial shipments will not qualify for "Free Shipping" unless the order total of each partial shipment also meets the "Free Shipping" guidelines.
- If you refuse delivery or return an entire shipment you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for that order. This includes the cost to get the order to you and the cost to return the order. If you received "Free Shipping" on an order that you refuse or return, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs that got the order to you and the costs to return the order.
- Most orders leave our warehouse within the next business day of order receipt. Orders that contain out-of-stock item(s) will normally ship the next business day after receipt of the out-of-stock item.
Where We Ship
- Currently, we only ship merchandise to the continental U.S. (Lower 48 states). We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii however surcharges will apply. Our "Free Shipping" program does not apply to shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii. We are working towards the ability to ship internationally. Please contact us if this is a problem. We will try to handle special situations on a case-by-case basis. Sales Tax is only charged to Texas residents.
Lost or Stolen Items
- ShopEckoScrubs.com and/or all of its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or damage to goods incurred in shipping your uniforms, scrubs, or related merchandise to your business and/or place of residence.
- You are responsible for the receipt of your order. If your order is delivered to the address you specified and YOUR ORDER IS SIGNED BY ANYONE, IT IS CONSIDERED DELIVERED, and our obligations cease. If the order is delivered to the specified address, but not signed for, and is released by the delivery driver, it is considered delivered and our obligations cease.
